We love cooking and creating fun things to eat in our house. My daughter loves throwing on her matching apron and mixing and scooping. This was a fun dessert we made together for Daddy's birthday. We combined all our favorites to make one awesome Layered Ice Cream Cake. This is an easy one for the kids to help out with and make their own. Super easy! Grab a loaf pan. Mine happened to be a fancy one. This dish has a lot of coconut but I promise it isn't over powering. My husband said, "it's like comfort food!" Which I replied "without a drop of butter or flour!"
