Easy S’Mores Ice Cream Pie Recipe

I LOVE S’Mores, I’m talking madly in love to the point I have a Pinterest Board devoted to them. With all the talk about S’Mores this summer I wanted to make something that would be perfect for summertime.

Say hello to my new favorite treat and die at killer! Sorry the pictures aren’t the best quality my LCD screen was messing up and I was too busy drooling on my pie.

In a large mixing bowl Prepare the pudding with the pudding pie directions (Add 1 1/2 cups milk to mix) Then add the thawed cool whip into the same bowl.

In a small bowl melt 1 Hersey’s bar in the microwave 15 seconds then stir and again for 20 seconds, it should be perfect for pouring onto your crust.

Spread it evenly across the bottom and them pour your pudding mixture into the crust.

Freeze this portion of the pie for about 1-2 hours. Then spread your marshmallow creme over the top.

Shave a few chocolate squares onto the top of the pie and then place in the freezer. My husband couldn’t wait and had a slice while the pie mix was still soft and it was good but I tried it after a night in the freezer (I’m sure another 1 or 2 would be good also) Frozen all the way through is the best!

You have layers of yummy goodness. This pie melts in your mouth.

Enjoy

S’Mores Ice Cream Pie

What will you need:

Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding (Big one 5.9oz)

1 tub of cool whip thawed

Ready made graham cracker crust (I got the bigger one that has 2 more servings)

2 Hersey’s Chocolate Bars

Marshmallow Fluff Creme

In a large mixing bowl, Prepare the pudding with the pudding pie directions (Add 1 1/2 cups milk to mix) Then add the thawed cool whip into the same bowl.

It’s good slightly soft but I prefer to leave it in the freezer overnight.
