I’m in love with Ice Cream. I craved it like crazy when I was pregnant with Lil’ Peanut. This summer JaMonkey and I used to sneak out of the house and head to the local gas station to pick out our favorite ice cream treats. I discovered how awesome the Magnum bars were and started stock piling them in my freezer.
I had to stop buying them because I’ll never lose weight but then they came out with the Mini bars! I can still indulge in my favorite treat without feeling as guilty.
My husband on the other hand likes the fudge bars from Popsicle. JaMonkey’s decided that she couldn’t pick a favorite because they all were so good.

I remember walking through the mall with my mom and she bought me a black raspberry ice cream cone. I was licking it and it totally fell flat on the ground. I cried and mom went and got me another one!

I wish they still made Pudding Pops! Those were the bomb. I remember sneaking them out of the freezer when my dad was taking an extended bathroom break and eating them in our fort we made back in the woods. =)

My favorite frozen treat memory takes me back to summertime at my grandmother’s old house in East Atlanta. She always let us get treats from the ice cream man, and one Sunday morning, we heard that familiar bell. She bolted down the front walk, waving a dollar bill in the air to flag down the truck — only to discover that it was actually a church bus picking up kids for Sunday school! The driver must’ve wondered who that crazy lady was! LOL

I remember eating Creamsicles and Strawberry Things at Six Flags.
I remember making root beer floats with my mom as a child. It was so much fun!
On Sunday afternoon when I was little we would take car rides in the country and discover small towns and hidden treasures. Every Sunday would end with us getting ice cream at a small ice cream shop (which I don’t think exists anymore).

I remember going out to the ice-cream truck that would come buy my house and getting this kind of sherbet ice-cream with a gum ball at the bottom of the container! It was pretty neat to eat the ice-cream and get to this at the bottom1
