Finding the right gifts for my family can sometimes be challenging. When it comes to grandparents, I always know the best option is a photo of my girls. My mother recently moved into a new place, and she was able to break all of her belongs out of storage and make it her own. So I wanted to contribute to her new space with something that would warm her heart each day. I partnered with Walmart Photo and created an adorable canvas to give to her. They have so many photo options that there is something for everyone.
A few weeks ago I took some great pictures of the girls. I had them make silly faces. These were some of their facial expressions that make us laugh and they can do on cue. Peanuts “mean face” prompted a conversation in my family about how the face was genetic. JaMonkey has always been so animated, so I captured her new “tween face” that has recently emerged. While I was outside taking pictures of them, they started hugging each other, so I told them to look at me at the same time and captured some of my favorite pictures of them. Every time I show these pictures to anyone I can see the person’s heart melt. They will be going to all the grandparents this year.
I wanted to get all of the pictures printed in a collage type format on a canvas, so I used Walmart Photo online. They also have over 3,500 locations nationwide that you can go into and use the Fujifilm Kiosk Photo Transfer App on your phone to transfer your photos easily. They have some other gift options for photo gifts like coffee mugs, photo books, and calendars. They have free same-day pickup in store too! Perfect for the last minute shopper.
It only took me a few minutes to create my canvas on the Walmart website. It shipped really fast also, even better, it was on Rollback for $24.96. Now I’m going to surprise my mom with the canvas gift of the girls, so she has a great set of pictures of her granddaughters to show all her friends. It really is the perfect gift. I plan on making a few more for Christmas gifts this year.
Super cute idea and I need to get a jump on holiday gift shopping!
Ahhhh, that mean face is TOO CUTE! I’m pretty sure I’ve seen Mark make it when I tell him I’m taking you to Florida with me… 😉
That face…it’s too much! And, I think I’ve seen the grown up version of it, too!
PS I need a canvas for my MIL….like four years ago!
