This green smoothie bowl is the ultimate way to start your morning. The same old smoothie in a glass just gets boring to me. So a smoothie bowl is a great way to have a nice sit-down breakfast that is loaded with great stuff.
I've been trying to move away from buying so much cereal. I'm addicted in the worst kind of way and I've passed that on to my kids. I've been overhauling what I eat in the morning to make sure that it jump starts my metabolism for the day. No more processed foods with lots of sugar to start the day. The best part about making smoothies or smoothie bowls in the morning is that my kids love them. I'd rather they had something healthy to start the day as well. They will stay focused until lunchtime.
