This morning I woke up in a haze after returning from an event out of town. I flew out on Monday and returned on Tuesday. The weekend before my trip I discovered that I passed on my bronchitis to Squish, so I spent the weekend up all night with her. After all this hustle and bustle and lack of sleep, I feel like a zombie. Plus, it was right back to the daily grind of getting up early with the kids, so I was in desperate need of some coffee this morning. Maybe even a second cup.
I've started getting in the habit of making a full pot of coffee in the morning so that my husband and I can both have a cup and then whatever is left I put into the refrigerator for an afternoon iced coffee pick me up. When I'm ready to drink it, I pull the black coffee out and pour it over ice. Then, I mix the Horizon Organic French Vanilla Dairy Creamer with it, and it's perfect! Especially since it is still so hot in the afternoons while I'm waiting for the kids to get home from school.
I've finally found an organic flavored dairy creamer choice for my morning coffee. I don't have to drive to Timbuctoo to find it either because it is available at my local Target. Horizon has been making Half & Half for a little while, but I like a nice flavor to my coffee. Now you can find the NEW Horizon Flavored Dairy Creamer pints in French Vanilla and Sweet Buttercream. I snagged the French Vanilla one to try out and it is tasty. From 9/25/2016 – 10/22/2016 you can use the Target Cartwheel app to save 20% off on tasty creamers from International Delight Simply Pure, Horizon, Silk and So Delicious Dairy Free. I love the variety that Target offers for those that are looking for organic, dairy-free, or even soy-free.
I need a mini vacation that involves me not stressing about my family, school, or work. Being able to enjoy my coffee without an electronic device within arms reach. I'll add that I'd like my house cleaned and decluttered during this trip too.
Ahhhhh……. I girl could dream right!?
