Sweet Holiday Photos and Kids Fashion

OshKoshIt felt like we were going to be stuck in summer forever. It was so hot during most of October and into November, but we finally got a cold snap, and it was time to break out the OshKosh B-Gosh ponchos finally. The girls have been begging me to wear them since they arrived but it just wasn’t cold enough to get them out. We took a walk down to the park the other day so I could snap some pictures of them together and I’m so happy with how well some of them came out. Both of the girls just got haircuts also. All their long flowing hair is gone, but they are still cute as can be. OshKosh
I found their ponchos at OshKosh B’Gosh. Last year they sold out so fast I couldn’t get my hands on one so when they went on sale this season I snatched them up and set them aside for when it got colder. I love the outfits I found for the holiday season. Our favorite T.L.C. (Tunic Leggings Collection) never disappoints. For Peanut, we got a winter print legging and paired it with a tunic sweater. For JaMonkey, I looked at OshKosh’s outfitting section for kids fashion inspiration. I found a sparkly skirt and paired it with a long sleeve shirt with metallic print. I also found some cable knit comfy stockings for her to wear under the skirt. I’m the worst at finding warm outfits for the girls, so I love the outfitting section. Especially the holiday shop! It doesn’t really snow here, and Georgia and I always tell people that we have two seasons, hot and cold. We keep light layers that are easy to strip off for those days that it’s cold in the morning and hot when they get off the bus. Which here lately has been every day. OshKoshThese girls are the sweetest. On our walk, we played in the leaves and roamed around the lake. After that, we went to look at the Christmas decorations in the town square. They are preparing for the “Santa is coming to town” event, so all the trees were being decorated, and the wreaths hung. I love these pictures, and I plan on getting a few of them printed for the family this Christmas. I’ll share more photos of them later but I wanted to share some of them together. That one of them in the leaves is just my favorite. OshKoshVisit OshKosh B’Gosh purchase online or in store.

  2. Your girls are so cute! And great models. 🙂 I’m looking forward to time with family and watching the joy of my children. Especially the youngest. At 2, she’s just now starting to “get” things like Christmas.
