Well after my drinks and Dippin' Dots with the girls last night I knew it was time to break open the EA Active game! Boy was I in for it. My butt and legs hurt so bad right now. Which is fantastic because I was pretty skeptical about this whole Wii experience. Good stuff though. I am doing the 30 day challenge that was included. Day 1 down!!! I so got this in the bag.
I just need to make sure to pay attention to what I'm eating, and how much now. I eat “ok” when I'm at home it's when I go out that I need to be disciplined. I'm a sucker for good flavorful food. Which normally mean, more fat and calories. I'm glad more and more restaurants are posted their nutritional facts. Which I've also noticed they don't “openly” post them, you have to google it because it's in the back of their site hiding. One of my favorite salad, I recently found out is 700 calories! I divide it up anyways because it's a full two servings, but it's a salad with fruit and chicken. So be careful when your eating out!
