‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house,
the only creature stirring was Mom getting ready for the madhouse.
The stockings were stuffed around the chimney with care,
because jolly old St. Nicolas had already been there.
St. Nicolas was so jolly from all the Christmas goodies and treats,
that he needed to dance off the pounds with the sugar plum fairies in the streets.
While the children were all snuggled up in their beds,
Mom (I mean St. Nicolas) put on her workout threads.
She turned on the Wii and popped in Just Dance,
Soon she would be shaking her pants
She worked up a sweat and maybe some clatter,
Her husband came downstairs to see what was the matter.
He giggle and laughed as she followed along,
but “All About That Bass” was her favorite song.
With 40 fun songs, which one should she choose?
Whichever would be the best to cut footlose.
So bring on the cookies and smarties,
because we are going to be tearing it up during the holiday parties.

Get your friends and family involved and make them holler.
Download on iTunes, Google Play, and the Windows Store,
Break the winter blues that make it a bore.
If you’re looking for a fun gift your problems are solved.
Imagine the adults if alcohol is involved.
Staying active during the holiday break is hard,
So make sure you dance with your family to safeguard.
It’s lots of fun and makes you quite jolly,
and you’ll be combating the dreaded “bowl full of jelly.”
