The process is very simple and the book ships in as little as a week! All you have to do is select the book you would like to personalize and then it will give you the chance to personalize certain parts of the book. For instance, with the Whose Birthday is it? book you can write a dedication at the beginning. Then you select the Gender, Age, Skin tone and birthdate for your child. Then select your party location. We selected the one place she keeps bugging us to go…Disney World. She loved her book. 
We also did a book for Lil’ Peanut because it was such a sweet story and the personalization allowed me to put in there how much we hoped for her. We selected the Little Star book for her where we wrote in about her big sister and the day she was born. We read this book first and as my husband was reading it to her JaMonkey overheard when he said her name. She ran over and said It doesn’t say that Daddy, it doesn’t say my name! We showed her in the book that it did in fact say her name and then gave her the Birthday book.
She absolutely loves them. So do I! The illustrations are truly amazing. Beautifully done. I love the sock monkey in the Birthday book. Now she reads the books to her sister. Even though she isn’t quite reading yet she makes up stories as she goes. Putting in the little details like we did when we created the books.
