Make some for long road trips to keep the kids from eating junk food during pit stops. They will love these and keep them energized.
Grab your food processor and make these energy balls by pulsing all the ingredients together.
Oats, cinnamon, dates and dried apples.
Pulse the ingredients in your food processor to blend the mixture into a thick paste.
Then you’ll roll them into balls. That’s it!
Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites
Servings: 10
Ingredients
- ½ cup pitted dates
- 1 cup dried apples not freeze dried, these are the chewy ones
- ½ cup oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until it forms a thick paste.
- Using about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll into balls.
