This post is brought to you by The Motherhood for Kidbox. All opinions are my own.
I’m a sucker for a great monthly box! My kids grow fast, and I can barely keep up with keeping her clothed. All her clothes get passed down to the little one but finding clothes for a growing girl can be tough. Not to mention, I don’t have the time to head to mall or store to shop with a picky kiddo. She’s recently gone full tween on me too so at least Mom didn’t pick out her clothes for her. (Eye roll) So I jumped on the chance to try out Kidbox, a new style delivery service that is kind of like Stitch Fix but for kids. Check out our unboxing video to see everything we got.
When you register for Kidbox, you create a style profile for your child by picking things your child likes and things you don’t want to receive. So if you don’t want animal prints or dresses, you can select not to receive them. Then you choose the sizing, and what I love most is that when you receive your box if something doesn’t fit, you send it back, and they make note of the brand and alter your next shipment.
You won’t just get cute clothes in the box either; our box came with stickers and crayons to decorate the box as well. Hidden inside some paper were a butterfly tattoo and a mini pack of playing cards as well. My daughter had fun unwrapping it as you can see from our video.
You get 6-7 name brand items for the kids at a flat $98. The toddler sized box includes six outfits! That includes the shipping also. If you don’t want everything in the box, you can choose to keep and pay for only the options you want. Or send back the pieces you don’t want in the return bag free of charge. But if you decide to keep the box, you’ll also be participating in the Kidbox Cares program. Unlike other services, you aren’t charged until after you review everything in the box. It makes life so much easier when you don’t have to wait for a refund.
Kidbox Cares is a partnership with K.I.D.S./Fashion Delivers to donate clothing to needy kids. A box of clothes will be donated to the type of child (shelter, foster, etc.) that your child selects. So your child is learning to art of giving to those in need. Now that’s a mission I can get behind!
