People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
My Shaklee 180™ journey has been great! I was so excited taking my final measurements to see how much I’ve lost in the last 6 months. After almost giving up during a plateau period I was able to turn it around and finish strong. Everyone close to me can see a huge difference in my weight and size but also my energy level.
My longterm goal is to lose 50 pounds. I started after my daughter was born back in March 2012. When the year mark rolled around I hadn’t really lost much. But then I started the Shaklee 180™ Turnaround and in the first month it started to fall off. To date I’ve lost 26 pounds, 15 of which was during the Shaklee program.
The majority of the weight I lost was around my waist and hips. You can tell from the picture above that my waist was bigger than any other part of my body. Now I’m back to my hourglass shape. I lost 19 inches altogether but I lost 8 inches around my waist, 7 around my chest and 3 around my hips! I’m not at my goal weight yet but this was an amazing start that got me halfway there.
My biggest challenge during the program was mixing things up each day. I didn’t want to get burnt out on the same flavors each day. But I was able to find some great recipes to change up my routine. Luckily Shaklee offers lot of different flavors to choose from. Plus, Shaklee 180™ offers awesome online tools and apps to keep you on track. They also offer fantastic and easy workouts that you can do each day.
The program was fantastic and it not only got me motivated but my whole family to start getting more exercise. We joined a great family gym and we all go and participate in great programs.
