Every day the same words come out of my mouth. I need more time. Between attending school, being a homemaker and a full time blogger, I need more time in the day to get everything done. Blogging is one of those things that can be done in groupings. As in, I go to a Starbucks one day I’ve fallen in love with this plugin / website. CoSchedule is a drag-and-drop editorial calendar for WordPress that puts your blog posts and social media messages on the same schedule.
I’ve been able to save a ton of time by scheduling my posts at optimal times as well as the social media posts. I can select multiply platforms at once, including Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest and Google +. I can even select between a “Link” post or an “Image” post. Since images preform better than links I’ve seen a huge return in the clicks as well. I was able to use my own Bit.ly links on my social media shares also so tracking clicks from those shares is super easy.
The best thing about CoSchedule is that as you drag a post from one date to another, your social media messages move with it. This allows bloggers to create a series of messages that promote their blog posts on a rolling schedule. You can have multiple blogs as well so I cave flip between the two that I have an easily schedule everything I need to for the week right inside the plugin or website. CoSchedule is only $10/month and integrates with WordPress.
It leaves me more time to comment on other bloggers posts and get my life in balance with school and home.
The links in this post will help give me a discount only if you sign up for the service. You get a 14 day trial to test it out. Then you can join the referral program as well!
I have been thinking about using this…thanks for the info! 🙂
