I have a huge secret to tell you. One that you’ll want to remember now that Black FRIDAY is happening on Thanksgiving. Did you know that most stores put their Black Friday pricing up online as well? I found this out two years ago when I was standing in line for an awesome camera and thought I wasn’t going to get one. I found all the stuff I was fighting the crowds for online at the same prices.
Big stores LIKE making money, but they know they aren’t going to get everyone into their stores to shop. Especially with limited quantities. With an almost endless amount online they can still make a big profit. These stores don’t really advertise this because if you are coming into the store there is a great chance that you are going to spend even more on something that catches your eye. Something most online shoppers will not do.
Here’s the best way to do your online Black Friday shopping. This will also keep you on budget. (Remember there will be some items not offered online at the same price as in store but even sales ads marked In-Store Only I was able to find online)
- MAKE A LIST! – Know which stores you need to shop at and what time their sale is starting. For example, Kmart will start their Black Friday sale at 6am so they would be first on the list. Then the next store that opens goes on.
- Create or Login to Your Account – This will allow you to save everything you do in the cart.
- Add Your List to Your Cart – Everything you are planning to buy, put it in your cart NOW! If you’re logged in it will save what is in your cart so it won’t be lost as your surfing the web. That way when the sale goes live all the prices will update and you can simply check out!
- Enjoy time with your family without getting trampled by crowds and missing Thanksgiving because the sales start so stinking early! Easy as Pie, which you’ll get to enjoy from home since you aren’t standing in the cold waiting in line.
