A fun jello shot to enjoy during those holiday gatherings or crazy Christmas parties.

What you will need

Ingredients:

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Sugar
  • Peppermint Schnapps
  • Vanilla vodka
  • 2 packets of Knox gelatin
  • Cherry Jello packet
  • Whipped Cream
  • Crushed candy canes

Instructions

Cherry Jello:

  • Boil your boxed jello with one cup of water.
  • Stir to combine.
  • When the Jello is dissolved pour in a cup of "cold" vanilla vodka.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Set to the side at room temp.

White Layer:

  • Pour 1 cup water and 3 tablespoons condensed milk into a saucepan.
  • Add 2 packets of Knox gelatin on top and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Turn on the stove to medium to high heat.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Add about 3 tablespoons of sugar to the mixture.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Add 1 cup cold peppermint schnapps.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Set to the side at room temp.
  • Add 1 tbsp. of red jello to your shot glasses and place them at a titled angle in a muffin pan.
  • Wait for the jello to harden (about 30-45 mins).
  • Add 1 tsp. of white jello on top of the red jello
  • Wait for the jello to harden (about 20-35 mins).
  • Repeat 2x
  • Fill your glass with the remaining red jello and let it harden.
  • Top with whipped cream and crushed candy canes.
