Surely by now you’ve seen the commercial for CuddleUppets! We don’t really watch TV (or at least a channel with commercials) and we’ve seen it! It was one of those commercials that caught my daughters eye instantly. The CuddleUppet was the coolest thing she’d ever seen, at least this month. It was so funny hearing her say, It’s a blanket AND a puppet. That’s amazing! So I jumped at the opportunity to review one.
We received the Green Crocodile one. I have to say that it turned out to be bigger than I had expected. It’s the perfect size for a 5 year old. For children older it would become a lap blanket. You can see in the other picture how big the blanket is. It measures 28″ X 39″.
The puppet itself is super plush and really easy for my daughter to make move. She loves it. She does a puppet show for the Lil’ Peanut making her giggle. It’s very soft making it the perfect snuggling blanket.
My only complaint is the way the “hands” don’t seem to be sewn on as well as the head. But the head is the main focus and that is built very well.
This is going to be a great gift this holiday season for the little ones. We love ours!
CuddleUppets are available in eight varieties: Pink Poodle, Blue Elephant, Purple Monkey, Yellow Puppy, Brown Bear Green Crocodile and the newest additions Pink Ladybug and Magic Unicorn. They are available online at http://www.cuddleuppets.com for $19.99 and in major retailers as well as discounted on Amazon. If you order from their website you’ll get a discount on each additional CuddleUppet you purchase so it’s not too expensive if you are buying one for each of your children.
I received a CuddleUppet courtesy of Jay at Play through The Blogger Connection to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.
My sister has one and my son was using it while we were visiting my parents and now I have to get him one too!
How cute! My son would absolutely love one of those.
These are just too cute.. I like the bigger heads, wish they offered the monkey in a brown for the boys
