Celebrate new beginnings and Springtime splendor by spending Easter Weekend at Callaway Gardens. Easter Festivities include (admission will be charged throughout the weekend):
Saturday, April 15
In addition to the following lineup of activities, there will be face painting and a DJ providing entertainment throughout the event. Egg hunts are free with admission to Callaway Gardens.
11 a.m. Bunny Hop Fun Run Children enjoy a short half-mile fun run and receive a
Easter egg when they cross the finish line.
11:30 a.m. Great Bunny Chase 5K Preregistration is required for this race where participants
choose if they want to chase the Easter Bunny or purposefully lag behind to collect theiir share
of 3,000 Easter eggs dropped along the route. To register, visit www.active.com.

2 p.m. Egg Hunts: Grab your basket and come to Robin Lake Beach, where we’ll stage an epic hunt
for 14,000 candy and prize eggs for all ages. Hunts take place by age group (see below)
and the Easter Bunny will be on hand to pose for pictures.
Hunts will be divided by the following age categories and at the following times
2 p.m. Toddlers to 3-year-olds
2:30 p.m. Dedicated sections for five age groups (4-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12-18)
Sunday, April 16
7 a.m. Easter Sunrise Service Begin Easter Sunday with a non-denominational sunrise service overlooking Robin Lake under the Ski Pavilion. Callaway Gardens’ natural beauty serves as a fitting backdrop for this special time of worship and remembrance. Guests should enter through the Beach gate on U.S. Hwy. 27 and proceed to the parking lot on the opposite side of the entrance. The morning temperatures can be chilly. Be sure to dress for the weather. And, the service is often standing-room only. Some guests come prepared with portable chairs.
8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Tethered Hot Air Balloon Rides (fee, weather-dependent)
11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Easter Brunch Meals: Make this Easter “eggstra” special when you bring your loved ones to Callaway’s popular Easter meals.
