As a calorie counter, this kind of thing speaks directly to me. (Well it would if I hadn’t just finished my weight loss.)
I tend to count calories and be strict for awhile, then just try and maintain for awhile. Slower that way, but the breaks seem to help me stabilize, and stay on track for the long run.
