Egg Harbor Cafe

I’m a sucker for breakfast food, and the bigger the better. We recently visited the new Egg Harbor Cafe in Buckhead, GA to try out their fantastic breakfast. Located off of Peachtree Road in The Brookwood which offers free parking to guests. It’s also right down the street from Piedmont hospital. The down home country atmosphere made me feel like I was having breakfast at Grandma’s house.

They are only open from 6am to 2pm daily so they serve breakfast and lunch. Lunch includes soups, sandwiches and salads. We popped in to try out their breakfast menu with my family. We enjoyed every bite and every sip or our breakfast. I was especially happy to find that they offered a large gluten free menu that included their signature pancakes and even cinnamon rolls. Normally you see gluten free menus of plates without bread but the Egg Harbor Cafe actually offers alternatives for those of us that me miss their pancakes.20140626-221336-80016136.jpg

I have to say that the omelets and skillets were a sight to see. They were beautifully layered in an individual skillet. At each of the tables there were colored pencils for the kids to draw pictures to pass the time while we waited for our food. We dined on the front patio under the umbrellas to enjoy the breeze before traffic on Peachtree picked up.

Firebird
really liked it
Firebird is a solid dark romantasy read. You have dragon-shifter political leaders of Rome. A witch who I don’t think we have seen the full extent of her power yet. There were so many little side stories told that I believe our FMC will ...
Sunrise on the Reaping
it was amazing
Oh Haymich, my heart is shattered for you. This was the perfect bridge between The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes and Catching Fire. Linking the wickedness of The Hunger Games with the victors who came together to end them. If Suzanne C...
Some Like It Scot
liked it
This was a sweet romance read. I really enjoyed the audiobook narrators (Joshua Manning and Stina Nielsen). I don’t usually read books that fall into the religious category, but I’m a sucker for Scots and Irishman so that is why I wanted...
My Demon Hunter
really liked it
I am thoroughly enjoying the Hell Bent series. My Demon Hunter was even better than My Funny Demon Valentine. I’m a sucker for demonology stories, and these are filled with all kinds of interesting characters. This one features a plus-si...
