Disney Pixar released the teaser trailer for Luca. From the director of the Pixar Short La Luna, Luca is said to draw on the short for inspiration. We can see in the trailer that the father of one of their friends (the read head) looks like the man that takes care of the moon and stars in La Luna. Maybe that is all the tie-in we get. Either way, this town has an interesting past to learn about.

- Marco Barricelli voices Massimo, Giulia’s father.
