The best gifts come with family fun you can enjoy all year long, and the best way to do that is with fun games! Here is a list of some of our favorite games that we bought or received this year and really enjoyed.

Pencil Nose
I love games that make you feel silly and induce lots of giggle from the family. Pencil Nose is a fun way to do that! To play, you draw a card and have to draw the picture on the board using only your nose.
Funkoverse
Face off in the Ultimate Pop! Battle
In the Funkoverse Strategy Game – Harry Potter 100, you’ll combine your favorite characters and go head-to-head in four exciting game scenarios. Move through memorable locations –Diagon Alley or the Room of Requirement–and use your characters’ unique abilities to capture points and achieve victory!
Funkoverse comes in different versions for every fandom. Golden Girls, DC Comics, and Rick and Morty.
Funkoverse strategy games were nominated for the 2020 Toy of the Year Award from The Toy Association
Laser Battle
Not your typical game, Laser Battle gets the kids (and adults) up and outside to run around. We love this Laser Tag set because they can play it for hours with the neighborhood kids and they have a blast.
The Harry Potter Triwizard Maze and Harry Potter Magical Beasts Board Game
Both of these games are a lot of fun, but the Harry Potter Triwizard Maze is our favorite and we play it all the time! It is just like the POP and Race games (like trouble), but with a Harry Potter twist.
Meltdown
Meltdown is a suspenseful, fun game for the whole family! It seems easy, right? Just stack some cubes and you’re done…but it’s not that simple! There’s goop–real ooey, gooey slime-like goop that makes the platform shift and tilt. Plus, the cubes are slippery! So setting cubes on the platform and stacking them is NOT easy–but you can try to “outsmart” the goop and stack your cubes against the tilt, or even place your cubes in a way that makes it more difficult for the next player! The fun and suspense never ends…well, not until someone gets rid of all their cubes and WINS!
Eye Found It
This game is a fun one to layout on the floor and play. The game board is huge and each turn you search for items on the board. It’s a lot of fun to play together as a family.
We are also huge Nintendo Switch fans and love this list of great family games that get you up and moving.
