Gamora Inspired Cocktail for Avengers Infinity War

Avengers Infinity War brings the Marvel Cinematic Universe all together in one film. I’m excited to share a delicious cocktail inspired by Gamora. Gamora was a “daughter” of Thanos that turned against him when she joined the Guardians of the Galaxy to keep Thanos from getting the Power Stone.

In the upcoming Infinity War movie, we will be getting a glimpse into how Gamora became a daughter of Thanos that was forced to fight her sister Nebula over and over again. The trailer shows a baby Gamora being taken by Thanos on her home planet. Her people are forced to watch.

I’m excited about seeing little Gamora and getting more of her origin story played out on the screen. She is a fierce character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that I’ve been dying to learn more about. In the comics her people, the Zen Whoberis were wiped out and she is the sole survivor. There is some time traveling and Thanos saves Gamora. Perhaps it will give Thanos a softer side before he tries to wipe out a majority of the galaxy.

Either way, Avengers: Infinity War is going to be epic! This Gamora Cocktail will be a great way to “prep” for the upcoming release day! Avengers: Infinity War is in theaters April 27th. You can pair it with these delicious Gamora Cupcakes.

Gamora Inspired Cocktail for Avengers Infinity War

Ingredients

• 1 Ounces Midori
• 1 Ounces Vodka
• 4 Ounces Sprite see note for alternatives
• 1 tsp. of Silver cake shimmer dust
• Ice
• Purple cake sprinkles
• Simple Syrup
• Purple rock candy

Instructions

• Dip your glass into the simple syrup and then into the purple cake sprinkles.
• Pour your Midori, and Vodka and top with Mountain Dew.
• Add your shimmer dust
• Stir to combine
• Fill with ice
• Top with purple rock candy

Notes

You can make this drink with a clear soda or a green soda. Mountain Dew will give it the strongest green color as well as flavor. If you aren't a fan of Mountain Dew you can also use Green Apple Fanta or Sprite. The green is achieved with the Midori so it's ok if you want to use a clear soda in its place.
