Hungry Girl Foldit FlatbreadWalgreen’s is not carrying Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread. It’s a fantastic alternative to regular bread and has fewer calories then most flatbreads. It also promotes great portion control.

There are 4 flavors and types to choose from:

Wheat and Flax Seed – 90 calories

Rosemary and Olive Oil – 100 calories

Traditional White – 100 calories

Sliders in Traditional White – 47 calories per slider

I bet the sliders would be perfect for burgers to cut out the calories! I picked up the Rosemary and Wheat kinds to try out. They are so good. I made two great and easy meals for lunch.

The first one was a basic cold sandwich made with basics I had on hand. IMG_0048_2

Added a slice of cheddar, some romaine.

Leftover chicken.

Then hit it with a kick of chipotle seasoning and I had a quick fix for lunch.

Fold it in half and you have a quick and delicious meal for lunch.

Chicken Quesadilla Flatbread Melt

My favorite way to eat this bread is hot though. Check out my Chicken Quesadilla Flatbread Melt I made. It’s mine and my husbands new favorite thing to eat at lunch. Full step by step pictures for you. It’s mouth watering just looking at it.

So grab some Hungry Girl FoldIt Flatout bread at your local Walgreens.

  1. These look so good. I almost grabbed a package of these yesterday when I was at the store but I didn’t know what to make with them. Now I know 🙂 Thanks for the recipe.

  2. I have never heard of these. What a great low cal alternative to sandwich bread, this is great cause I am a sandwich girl and sometimes can eat up to 6 slices a bread a day, because I have a sandwich each meal.

I would love to try the “Rosemary and Olive Oil”
