I Need a Vitamin Boost

This past weekend I returned from an amazing trip to New England. But before I returned, I got stuck on a plane for over 5 hours. Not flying time, just sitting there not moving. It was terrible. Everyone always talks about getting sick after they have been on a plane too. I wasn’t looking forward to the possibility of being sick this week. IMG_9917

Then I discovered that my youngest had a wicked cough that I was coming home to and my husband mentioned that his office had a stomach bug floating around. There were lots of sad face, sick snuggle pictures that came to me while I was gone.

I thought to myself, Maybe I’ll just hang out in New England for a few more days to quarantine myself.

Needless to say, I started mainlining immune support boosting vitamins to try and ward off of the germs I was returning to. Zarbee's Naturals Vitamin Drink
I was recently sent the new Zarbee’s Naturals line of vitamin drinks to try out, so I didn’t waste any time trying the Immune Booster. It has Elderberry, dark honey and is packed with Vitamins A, C, E, selenium, and zinc. How fitting that I made it in my Wonder Woman cup. I felt like making a declaration, I am Wonder Woman, I thought I might be able to battle the ick away with my Mommy super powers.  IMG_9902

Each drink tells you whether to serve it hot or cold. They are made with natural flavors and sweeteners like honey and coconut sugar. I love that they are packed with natural ingredients and no drugs or alcohol. I water mine down a lot because they can be very sweet. But I’m getting more water in the process! They come in handy little packets that you can kept in a desk drawer or purse to grab when you need.

My other favorite Zarbee’s Naturals vitamin mix is the Invigorating Blend. It is made with green tea, ginger and honey causing a natural alertness from the guarana seed. It’s also packed with vitamins B2, B6 and B12. It’s my late afternoon pick me up. I work better in the mornings and by 3 o’clock I’m ready for a nap. But I don’t normally want to drink any more coffee.

Zarbee’s Naturals Vitamin Mix flavors:

  • Invigorating Blend – Green Tea, Ginger, and Honey. Vitamins B2, B6, B12
