If you haven’t had a chance to see Inside Out 2 yet, you should definitely check it out with the whole family. Inside Out holds a special place in my heart because it beautifully captures the hard coming of age topics people don’t like to talk about with the imagination and fun of our minds. The first movie came out when my first daughter was Riley’s age (11), and now Inside Out 2 is covering my youngest daughter’s age group, but the emotions can definitely apply to high school students. It really captures the struggles that this general has with anxiety, a rising epidemic among our youth.
Enough about all these crazy emotions, enjoy this Inside Out 2 Activity Pack that includes:
- Coloring Pages
- Spot the Difference
- Create a New Hairstyle for Anxiety
- A Maze Through Riley’s Mind
- Memory/Emotion Drawing Acitivty
- Crack the Code
If you have little ones that want to learn how to talk about their emotions, check out my Inside Out Emotions Wheel Activity.
