I've had my share of trying different meals lately but it seems like there aren't many options in the kids meals. For those that have picky eaters you may be limited to Chicken Nuggets and Spagettios. Sometimes cooking a meal for lunch is too much of a task so when KidFresh asked me to try their meals I figured it couldn't hurt to change things up a bit.
What I wasn't expecting from KidFresh was that there are no artificial ingredients or preservatives in them. Also each one has hidden veggies in them. Now I'm luck that I don't have a picky eater (sometimes) so she loves her veggies but who makes a fully balanced meal three times a day? I'm no perfect housewife so I know it isn't me! When I first brought the KidFresh meals home I was very surprised that there wasn't anything “strange” looking in the bowl. In fact the only thing I saw was noodles and shredded cheese, that was it! This was the Mac n Cheese Wagon Wheels.
The other big hits in my house were the pastas. The Spaghetti Loops Bolognese especially because it looks just like a bowl of Spagettios. They were gobbled up as fast as I could cook them, there was even asking for seconds.
Check out KidFresh! You can find them in your Publix stores. Check to see if your store has them. Kidfresh store locator.
