The girls and I have super sensitive skin. So much so that Lil’ JaMonkey breaks out if she starts sweating when snuggled on our skin. It’s so important to use safe products on your baby.

Although your baby’s skin has many similarities to yours, there are also some important differences.
Your baby’s skin is 20-30% thinner and much more sensitive than your own. Therefore you should only use safe, natural ingredients on your baby.

Mahu products were designed by a New Zealand midwife. Just like most of the products in this Modern Baby, Modern Mom series it all started when they couldn’t find a product to their standards so they created it on their own. When you can’t recommend a good product for someones family because you wouldn’t use it on yours then it’s time to create it!

Mahu is now available in the US! I love the packaging of the mahu products. They come in 3.3 oz containers making them easy to throw into a diaper bag for one the go. 100% pure natural ingredients, free from potentially harmful chemicals such as phthalates, parabens and sulphates.

After Lil’ JaMonkey’s skin broke out from sensitivity to a chemical on our skin I made sure to keep her skin moisturized with the mahu Baby Moisturiser. It contains Aloe Vera which promotes tissue regeneration and Vitamin E which forms a protective barrier.

Her skin is clearing up nicely!

My only complaint is that the product cost could be a little lower. Only for the size bottle that you are receiving. I also understand that natural products that are coming from over seas would need to be higher priced. So it’s not a huge con.

Check out the entire line of mahu Mom and Baby Products. You can purchase mahu Baby on Amazon.

I received mahu Baby products to test out for my review. All opinions are my own.
