I love an easy meal and easy foods for a gathering like the big game. I can make them fast and add a bit of flavor as well to change things up. I decided to upgrade the Table5 Spinach & Feta pizza with some new toppings and turn it into a Mediterranean Style Pizza. The name came from their favorite table number in their favorite restaurant where they came up with the idea.
To make the Mediterranean Style Pizza you only need two additional ingredients along with your Table5 Spinach & Feta Pizza.
Here is what you’ll need:
- Table5 Spinach & Feta Pizza
- Mediterranean Style Feta Cheese
- Marinated Artichoke Hearts
I know what you’re thinking, “but Meghan, there is already feta cheese on this pizza.” You are correct but in my book, you can NEVER have enough feta cheese. Plus, the Mediterranean feta has added seasonings like sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, garlic, basil, peppers, and onion mixed in. Feta is betta, after all! (can you tell it’s my favorite cheese?)Next, I used some marinated artichoke hearts and split them up to cover the whole pizza. This is where the blast of flavor comes from. Bake as directed on the box and serve hot.
The crust on the Table5 Pizza is really where it’s at. It is so thick and tasty. You can grab a couple of these pizzas and throw any number of toppings on them. They have a bunch you will enjoy right out of the box though.
