Here is some Monday motivation for you. This is a quote that a teacher used to tell us all the time. If you google it most people think that Kate Moss was the original but I assure you she is not. There is also controversy surrounding the quote as well that it means you should be anorexic which is completely untrue. The quote simply means that what you eat contributes to your weight. If you eat poorly you are going to have a poor weight. Eat healthily and your body will be healthy. I love this quote because it reminds me when I’m grocery shopping not to buy terrible junk food. It keeps me buying whole grains and produce. The perfect motivation for you….
Nothing Tastes as Good as Skinny Feels
Great quote and very true. Not only does the junk food make me fatter, but it also never leaves me feeling very good.
Well I don’t care about skinny, I just want to be healthy because skinny doesn’t make you healthy.
Then you must have completely missed the paragraph above the picture.
Absolutely love this quote!!!
So very true!
This is such a great quote and definitely makes me avoid entire aisles at the grocery store. Great photo to add it on too – that woman is fit and looks very healthy, not starved and emaciated.
amen! Now I just need to post that on my fridge!
I can see how folks would get the meaning of the quote misconstrued but I definitely get the point. It’s just that many people mistake being skinning with being healthy and that is so not the case.
I doubt I’ll ever look like the girl in the photo since I have a rather boyish figure, but I love what you said! Eating junk food won’t do any good for your body!
Whoa, you are brave posting that booty on your blog! LOL
So very true.
That is true! I wish I had her body, lol.
yeah… I pretty much wish I looked this way.
except for maybe an amazing sushi dinner 😉 I kid… you’re right.
It’s so funny that you just posted about this. That quote is actually a Twiggy quote and I just posted about how devastating it has been to my husband’s sisters’ health. The post was on their fridge growing up.
Love the quote and that is one firm rump!
