Perks of the Marriott Rewards Program

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Marriott Rewards. I received Marriott Points to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

Free Breakfast

Everyone loves a good loyalty program and Marriott Rewards is a great one. I’ve been a member of the Marriott Rewards® program for as long as I’ve been old enough to rent my own hotel room. There is a reason it was voted “Program of the Year” 6 years in a row. My husband and I do our fair share of traveling for work so we share our account to make sure we gain points even faster. I’ve recently been given Platinum Elite status so that I could test out the benefits myself. I have to say, they are pretty awesome!

Platinum Elite membership offers a superior level of privileges that include:

  • 48-Hour Guaranteed Availability
  • Platinum Exclusive Elite offers
  • Dedicated Platinum reservation line
  • RewardsPlus: Complimentary MileagePlus® Premier Silver status
  • 50% bonus on points for stays
  • Priority Late Checkout
  • Free breakfast
  • Along with many other exclusive benefits.

There are three levels starting at Silver, Gold and then Platinum. Each level offers great benefits, you can read about all of them here.  You can join by going to Marriott.com/rewards

Experiencing the Gaylord Palms with Your Family

The next round of nominations for the Year of Surprises has opened up. Marriott Rewards® wants to celebrate its 30th birthday by throwing your special someone a surprise party he or she will never forget. Go tell  Marriott Rewards your most memorable ideas for your family or friends, visit yearofsurprises.com to nominate them. Three winners will be notified in June and parties will be scheduled each month throughout the remainder of the year. You don’t even need to be a Marriott Rewards member to nominate someone, but if your nomination is chosen, you and the nominee will need to enroll so they can award your points! For more details on the contest, check out the Year of Surprises official rules at yearofsurprises.com/rules.

Firebird
really liked it
Firebird is a solid dark romantasy read. You have dragon-shifter political leaders of Rome. A witch who I don’t think we have seen the full extent of her power yet. There were so many little side stories told that I believe our FMC will ...
Sunrise on the Reaping
it was amazing
Oh Haymich, my heart is shattered for you. This was the perfect bridge between The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes and Catching Fire. Linking the wickedness of The Hunger Games with the victors who came together to end them. If Suzanne C...
Some Like It Scot
liked it
This was a sweet romance read. I really enjoyed the audiobook narrators (Joshua Manning and Stina Nielsen). I don’t usually read books that fall into the religious category, but I’m a sucker for Scots and Irishman so that is why I wanted...
My Demon Hunter
really liked it
I am thoroughly enjoying the Hell Bent series. My Demon Hunter was even better than My Funny Demon Valentine. I’m a sucker for demonology stories, and these are filled with all kinds of interesting characters. This one features a plus-si...
