I participated in an Influencer Activation on behalf of Influence Central for Hasbro and Playskool. I received product samples and a party stipend to facilitate my review, as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

I got together with a few of my friends this week to let our little ones play together at the park while the big kids were in school. They got to try out the new Play All Day Elmo while we were there too. It’s the hottest new toy and is going to be on the top of Christmas wish lists this year. You forget how much you need other adult interaction until you’ve had it. Your significant other doesn’t count because you’re generally filling them in on what your kids did that day.

So my little Peanut brought her new Play All Day Elmo to show all the her friends. We played some of the fun games that Elmo dictates, he has 150+ responses and eight games and activities!. We have a previous model of Elmo and we like this one better because it isn’t as big. This is the perfect sized plush toy, plus he is incredibly soft.

You can place Elmo in Toddler or Preschool mode depending on the age of your child. The games are a little easier on the toddler setting. The games are great for building listening skills because they have to listen to Elmo’s directions. In Toddler mode you can do things like Tickle Elmo’s tummy to make him giggle or squeezing his nose to see what he will say. In Preschool mode you can play games like Hop and Count, Pat-a-Cake, Freeze Dance, Animal Sounds, Elmo Says, Color Guessing, What’s Up in the Sky, Red Light Green Light.

I got some sweet squishy baby loving the other day. I sent pictures to my husband to make him jealous. He has a serious case of baby fever right now, but this baby factory is closed. When you are done playing with Elmo you can put him into nap mode and he will play a lullaby.      Peanut’s favorite thing to do with Elmo is bounce up and down. He makes bouncing noises and counts how many times you jumped up and down. I think that makes Elmo a great toy for getting kids up and moving.

All of my friends got to go home with their own toys as well. They got the My Little Pony Musical Celebration Castle and the Jurassic World Tyrannosaurus Rex for their little ones to play with.    Thanks to Really? Are You Serious, Balancing Mama, and Redhead Baby Mama for coming out to play with us! Check out more toys from Playskool and Hasbro.
