We got to check out the new Project Mc2 Circuit Beats
and let me tell you, these girls are fascinated by them.
It comes with a controller that has plugs for all the clamps. One of the clamps is used on your finger as a grounding wire. Then you use the remaining clamps to attach them to things with moisture to conduct energy. We used some water, oranges, a banana, and a flower to test it out. The options are endless, as long as it has moisture.
The controller has a few different sounds to choose from. There is a piano, guitar, drum, cat, and you can also record your own. The sound is played from the cute cat ear head speakers. This is a great S.T.E.A.M. toy for girls. They learn about circuits and conducting energy all while making music!
