Seeing Results in Month One with #Shaklee180

This is a sponsored post as part of the Shaklee Corporation blogger program. I have received free products, online support and incentives for participating. My opinions are my own.

People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week.
Shaklee 180 weight loss beforeIt’s been nearly a month since I first started the Shaklee 180™ program and I’m absolutely thrilled so far with my results. Every day I replace two of my meals with either a Shaklee 180™ shake or a meal bar. Paired with a metabolic boast supplement. I thought it was going to be awful not eating three times a day but the shakes and meal bars really do fill me up and it doesn’t even cross my mind.

When I first started I wasn’t hungry at all but as my metabolism finally kick started and I noticed that I started getting hungry in the evening so I make sure I have a filling meal or a snack bar to hold me over. I haven’t been able to work out or get any kind of exercise this month though. I came down with the flu and if you haven’t had the flu before it lasts for weeks. I had to cancel my first 5K of the year because my chest was hurting too badly to even walk the race.

Now that I’ve recovered I’ve been able to test out the great workouts that you get access to once you’re started the Shaklee 180™ Turn Around. They are called Burst Workouts and they are designed to keep it short but at the highest intensity that you possible can to keep your heart rate up. They burn about 350 calories at a time and I can certainly feel it the next day!

But despite the fact that I’ve only been able to workout at the end of the month I’m so excited to tell you about my weight loss!

I’ve dropped 7 pounds!

Can you believe that? Sitting on my but sick at home I lost 7 pounds. So next month I’m going to knock this out of the park. But I have to be careful. We are going on vacation for a week in April and we will be eating out a lot. I’ve already prepared myself though. I have a separate suitcase just for my stuff. I’m bring all of my Shaklee 180™ products with me so that I can stay on track. I’ve bought a travel blender that works great and fits anywhere I need it! That will be a big help. It will also be great having my meal bars to take into the theme parks to curb my cravings because I like to eat. The more flavorful the more I crave it. So wish me luck!
