Vacations are a time to splurge! To break your plateau you can try to switch up your workout a bit.
I’m impressed you’ve done races/runs… I’ve yet to ever participate in a race. I hate running, though. 🙂 And I need to quit obsessing over the scales. If your losing inches and your clothes are fitting better or loser, that’s whats important. You’re doing great!

Hey Meghan! I just want to encourage you and say you are doing awesome! Weight lose is not easy. I went to a conference this weekend and the guest speaker was Dr. Jamie McManus from Shaklee. It was on women’s health. One of the things she mentioned is that it’s not about what’s on the scale. A lot of your fat is probably turning into muscle. Measure yourself, you’ll probably see you are losing inches. Good luck Meghan! I know you can do it!
