Did you know that liquid vitamins are absorbed nearly 70% better than traditional pills and tablets? I didn't know that until I was told about the Tespo Vitamin Dispenser. The best way to describe it is a Keurig for vitamins. It dispenses single-serving doses of vitamins with special disks. I gag when I take pills so I switched to gummy vitamins but they are filled with sugar and stabilizers.
What I loved seeing about the Tespo system the most was the lack of ingredients. My kids love the taste and I love that the vitamins are absorbed into their system faster than chewable vitamins. Chewable vitamins also have sugar and binders in them. The Tespo disks are sweetened naturally and use organic stevia. My husband has a hard time taking vitamins, especially in liquid form. He gets an upset stomach so he was hesitant to try it out. But he took a little sip of mine and said that it tasted great and he didn't have any of the symptoms that he normally gets!
Check out our video review of the Tespo and see it in action.
As you can see in the video, it's really easy to operate. You simply pop the disk in, make sure the magnetic cup is in place and hit the button when it turns green. The water goes into the cup first and then the vitamin disk is punctured to release the powdered vitamins into the water. It then shakes the disk to make sure it all comes out. The cup rotates to mix the blend together. The panel at the bottom in the cup helps with this. The machine goes into sleep mode also when you are done. It is totally normal to have sediment in your cup and you can either add water and drink the rest or wash it out.
There are a handful of disks to choose from and they are adding new formulas as well. We received the Children's and the Women's disks to try out. They also offer Men's, Energy, Focus, and a Sleep one. Use the auto-subscribe option to save even more.
The Tespo is designed to be smaller so that it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. It has a water chamber in the back and a low water reading on the display. Every time you pop in a disk it checks to see how many doses you have left and then displays it on the screen so you know when to order more. Like I mentioned before you can sign up for the autoship option and not have to worry about it.
You can store your vitamin disks in the back of the machine also. It holds three additional disks while there is also one in the chamber.
We have been really happy with the Tespo Vitamin dispenser and I plan on getting my husband a Men's disk and myself a Focus disk for those late afternoon lags that I get.
