Make Grinch Popcorn!

The Grinch Mint Hot Chocolate

We went and saw the movie this past week and stopped into IHOP on the way to try out their new Grinch menu. We had Grinch pancakes and mint hot chocolate, and it was so tasty we had to make our own. I have to say, this Grinch Hot Chocolate is way better than the one at IHOP, but I do think the heart candy on top is a beautiful touch.

The Grinch is a modern twist on the classic story you know and love. The story will pull on your heartstrings in a way that the original and live action couldn’t do. While I love both, I really love the new one, and it is now my favorite. Even Grinch’s need love. Benedict Cumberbatch does a great job finding his voice as The Grinch.  The Grinch Mint Hot ChocolateYou’ll fall in love with each of the characters in a different way. Cindy Lou Who is fierce and determined. Mr. Brinklebaum, voiced by Kenan Thompson (love him), is the cheeriest fella on the block.  It was a pleasant surprise to hear Angela Lansbury as the voice of the mayor as well.

Make sure to check out The Grinch in theaters now. Make it a new family tradition to sip Grinch Mint Hot Chocolate and munch Grinch Popcorn during the movie!

  • OMG my kids will love this. I will replace the milk for almond milk bc my kids don’t do so well with dairy. I loved that movie! We saw it recently and loved the remake.

    really liked it
Firebird is a solid dark romantasy read. You have dragon-shifter political leaders of Rome. A witch who I don’t think we have seen the full extent of her power yet. There were so many little side stories told that I believe our FMC will ...

    it was amazing
Oh Haymich, my heart is shattered for you. This was the perfect bridge between The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes and Catching Fire. Linking the wickedness of The Hunger Games with the victors who came together to end them. If Suzanne C...

This was a sweet romance read. I really enjoyed the audiobook narrators (Joshua Manning and Stina Nielsen). I don’t usually read books that fall into the religious category, but I’m a sucker for Scots and Irishman so that is why I wanted...

I am thoroughly enjoying the Hell Bent series. My Demon Hunter was even better than My Funny Demon Valentine. I’m a sucker for demonology stories, and these are filled with all kinds of interesting characters. This one features a plus-si...
