After weeks of changing our daily routines our family has made fantastic progress despite the unexpected arrival of the newest member of our family. Big JaMonkey reminds us to rinse and floss each night. While I was away at Blissdom I brought my new Reach toothbrush, floss and Listerine to make sure I was keeping up with my healthy habits.
We won't be making it to the dentist to have our teeth checked out for a few weeks because we are all back and forth to the hospital but I am confident that we are good in the cavities department. I knew that Big JaMonkey would do great during our challenge but what I wasn't expecting was how well my Hubby would do.
He has been the one that is benefitting the most from this challenge. I thought breaking his habits would be terribly hard but he took to the challenge with an open mind and knew that it was going to be the best thing to do not only for himself but for our daughter as well. Nearly 75 percent of American adults suffer from various forms of periodontal (gum) disease and don’t know it.
I've started keeping my toothbrush with me. After being sent to a hospital for 5 days without any warning and using the standard (terrible) toothbrush made me spoiled to my fancy Reach brush.
The Listerine Healthy Habits for a Lifetime Oral Care Challenge is something that every family can do in their home. Brushing teeth alone misses around 75 percent of your mouth, leaving millions of germs behind. That’s why adding a therapeutic mouthwash like LlSTERINE® Antiseptic to your daily routine is essential to maintaining a proper oral care routine. Make ita goal to brush using a fluoride toothpaste, floss once daily and rinse for 30seconds twice a day.
Take the Healthy Habits for a Lifetime Oral Care Challenge with your family and see how easy it is to keep your family's mouth protected. Because nothing is worse then a dentist visit. I don't even want to think about a dentist visit with a child. Starting these healthy habits early is what will save you from those visits.I received products and compensation from Johnson & Johnson and The Motherhood
