The Hostess chocolate cupcakes are some of my favorites. The chocolate ganache on top and that little white swirl are the best. This is a copycat Hostess cupcake recipe, but with a little twist on the decorating to make them fun for Valentine’s Day or any holiday/occasion you want to celebrate LOVE!
