The supplement aisle…
it’s an over whelming length with so many brands and supplements that you have no clue where to begin. Luckily there is a way to make it much easier. Centrum has a handy online assessment, NutritionPossible.com, were you answer a few simple questions and it tells you want you are lacking and guilds you in the right direction for picking out the best supplements for your needs.
My assessment is unique because I am pregnant so there are some supplements that I actually need to avoid. I discovered that I need to eat more fish and Omega -3 but also include extra Calcium as well.
