The World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta Georgia

Coca-Cola is a staple in Atlanta, it was created here and the company has stayed here. If you are asked if Pepsi is coke instead of Coke the answer will always be no. They created the first coupons and now have over 3,500+ beverages worldwide. The World of Coca-Cola is a look into everything there is to learn about the brand. They are located in Pemberton Place® in downtown Atlanta. Pemberton is the name of the pharmacist that created Coca-Cola in 1886. But these are all facts you can learn as you move around inside with the World of Coca-Cola Explorer app.

The mobile app is designed to be a companion when you visit the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, and it comes alive when you get there. Turn on your Bluetooth and begin exploring. Like a personal VIP tour guide, the app uses location-sensing technology to reveal surprising fun facts and unique photo activities. If you aren’t doing a personal VIP tour this is the coolest option, you get all the great facts that you would on a walking tour but you get to do it on your own pace which makes it great for parents with kids that want to explore more.

You’ll discover amazing art pieces, original bottle designs, original advertising pieces and more. You’ll get to see the new Moments of Happiness movie before you enter the World of Coca-Cola which is a touching look at what Coca-Cola’s tagline, Open Happiness means around the world. The app is currently only available to iOS users but they are working on other platforms as well.

My favorite exhibit in the World of Coca-Cola is the Vault of the Secret Formula. It’s an interactive walk through time of the secret formula and how it’s stayed hidden all these years. The exhibit ends at the actual vault where the formula is held. It’s an amazing sight and there are lots of fun things the kids can do including trying to guess the formula, playing a video game with your whole body and turning yourself into bubbles.IMG_2462

Make sure you snap a picture with the Coca-Cola Polar Bear before you head to the 4D movie, bottling line and the tasting room. The tasting room has over 100 different beverages from around the world. Make sure you try everyones “favorite” Beverly, it’s sure to put a kick in your step. You can also test out the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that make over another 100 different combinations. IMG_2466

We love the World of Coca-Cola, we always seem to learn a new fact that we missed the last time we were there. The gift shop also has some of the most unique gifts that you can’t find anywhere else. Plus, you get to take home a glass Coca-Cola that was bottled right there as you were in the building.

We want you to experience the World of Coca-Cola for yourself. We are giving away 4 tickets to visit with your family.

    Firebird
    really liked it
Firebird is a solid dark romantasy read. You have dragon-shifter political leaders of Rome. A witch who I don’t think we have seen the full extent of her power yet. There were so many little side stories told that I believe our FMC will ...
    Sunrise on the Reaping
    it was amazing
Oh Haymich, my heart is shattered for you. This was the perfect bridge between The Ballard of Songbirds and Snakes and Catching Fire. Linking the wickedness of The Hunger Games with the victors who came together to end them. If Suzanne C...
    Some Like It Scot
    liked it
This was a sweet romance read. I really enjoyed the audiobook narrators (Joshua Manning and Stina Nielsen). I don’t usually read books that fall into the religious category, but I’m a sucker for Scots and Irishman so that is why I wanted...
    My Demon Hunter
    really liked it
I am thoroughly enjoying the Hell Bent series. My Demon Hunter was even better than My Funny Demon Valentine. I’m a sucker for demonology stories, and these are filled with all kinds of interesting characters. This one features a plus-si...
