  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • Tony's creole seasoning
  • Andouille sausage
  • Colby jack cheese sliced


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  • Slice and sautee andouille sausage. Set on paper towel to drain.
  • Seasoning the chicken and then slice into the chicken without slicing all the way through.
  • Stuff the chicken slices with andouille sausage and Colby jack cheese slices.
  • Bake chicken 30-40 minutes
