Apple and Gouda Stuffed Hasselback Chicken

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Honeycrisp Apples
  • Aged Gouda
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Slice chicken 3/4 of the way through making sure not to cut all the way through.
  • Cut apples into slices
  • Cut gouda into slices
  • Place one slice of apple and one slice of gouda into each opening of chicken
  • Season with freshly chopped thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken in pan and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked.
