In a large mixing bowl, Prepare the pudding with the pudding pie directions (Add 1 1/2 cups milk to mix) Then add the thawed cool whip into the same bowl.
In a small bowl melt 1 Hersey's bar in the microwave 15 seconds then stir and again for 20 seconds, it should be perfect for pouring onto your crust. Spread it evenly across the bottom and them pour your pudding mixture into the crust.
Freeze this portion of the pie for about 1-2 hours. Then spread your marshmallow creme over the top.
Shave a few chocolate squares onto the top of the pie and then place in the freezer. It's good slightly soft but I prefer to leave it in the freezer overnight.
