  • Mustard powdered 1 tsp
  • Onion Granulated 1 tsp
  • Garlic Granulated 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yellow mustard 3 Tbsp
  • Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar 2 Tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 pinch
  • Peach Preserves 1 1/2 cup
  • Pecan Crusted Chicken
  • Panko 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Pecans roughly chopped 1/4 Cup
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Chicken 4 ea 6oz portions

Instructions

  • Peach-Mustard Glaze
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; adjust the consistency with a little water if too thick.
  • Pecan Crusted Chicken Recipe
  • Combine Panko, Salt, Pepper, Pecans, and oil in a bowl.
  • Divide Panko mixture and top each chicken breast
  • Cook chicken in a 350-degree F oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
