Easy Chicken Vegetable Alfredo
Looking for a quick meal the whole family will love? Try this easy alfredo recipe with hidden veggies.
Servings: 4 people
Heat olive oil on med-high heat in a skillet. Place chopped chicken into the skillet to cook.
Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on the chicken and toss to evenly coat the chicken.
Drain oil and liquid. Pour 1 jar of RAGÚ Simply™ Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower into the skillet and simmer until the pasta is complete.
Make preferred pasta as directed in a separate pan.
Drain the water.
In a bowl place your pasta and chicken alfredo. Sprinkle the desired amount of sun-dried tomatoes and basil onto each dish.
You could add your Fruitons sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce while it simmers for a bolder taste. If you have picky eaters, you can just sprinkle them on or leave them off.
For my recipe, I used gluten-free rotini.
