Raspberry Dark Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream Recipe

bar of dark chocolate
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat on med-high heat raspberries and 1 tbsp sugar. Mash and stir to break down the raspberries.
Strain sauce through a mesh strainer to get out all of the seeds.
In a saucepan on med0high heat, mix heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Allow to cool completely.
Make vanilla ice cream to your ice cream manufacturer's instructions.
Chop dark chocolate bar into small pieces. Place into vanilla ice cream during the last minute of blending.
Transfer vanilla ice cream into a cold container.
Spoon raspberry onto the top of the ice cream and swirl the raspberry into it. Continue to do this with all of the raspberry sauce.
Cover and freeze for another 2-3 hours.
