I’ve done a few juice cleanses as a way to detox off certain foods or things like sugar. The cleanse helps to speed up the process of getting rid of the added bloat and the terrible symptoms I get when I cut out sugar cold turkey. It’s terrible the way sugar can be like a drug in your body. Cold-pressed juice is loaded with vitamins and minerals.
A juice cleanse also help jumpstart any diet changes I’m about to make. In the last couple of years, I have been off and on with a ketogenic diet that requires me to cut out a lot of carbs. I’ve found that I can jump back in much faster if I do a juice cleanse first because I’m cleansing the body and also pumping it full of vitamins and anti-inflammatory compounds. I can dodge the “keto flu” if I drink a juice cleanse before starting. I’m the worst about being physically active, but these Squeezed juices are a great way to jump-start your fitness journey.

When I’m struggling to get through the day and feeling really hungry, I grab the cashew milk. It helps to hold you over at the end of the day of just drinking juice and water. It’s important to stay hydrated while you’re juicing. I know that seems crazy because you’re already drinking a ton of juice, but this is all fruit or vegetable juice. You also need to drink a lot of water. What I like to do is finish my juice and then fill the same bottle with water and finish that as well. It’s a great way to make sure you’re getting enough and tracking the amount.
I love that we have a location right here in Atlanta now. I was so surprised I could get my order on the same day.
